What are the treatments of depression than medication?

My friend has a severe depression, anxiety disorders such jurisdiction. Recently, it was pretty bad. It is already on a variety of medications. They reduce the severity, and as I said is still pretty tired. What else do I need a few argonon depression and anxiety under control to make? I do not take herbal remedies or something like that. I mean, something like the year, including her doctor recommends.
