What’s the difference between depression and a bad day?
dont over think it. depression is entirely a state of mind. if you so select to be so, you can be smiling just by looking At the things in your life that are really positive. i mean, your no starving newborn within Africa straight? dont succeed damage to yourself.
edit: you stability how you act.
though sometimes i get random sparks of sadness, but there are ways to calm it. again, basically try to be happy and if you cant cause that, then be happy. it will go away and things will not glucinium all bad for long, i vow. mayhap you just feel as whether thing is missing in your life or something isnt perfectly. i find that to often be the bring on of my sorrow. try to fix it
