I think depression is because you do not have something that you like in your life or you just busy focusing on something that disturbed you Story Abuse

100%, guaranteed. If the meds are working for you, why would you want to stop? Unless it's a financial issue....

I've had clinical depression my entire life (I'm 31) and enjoy been in treatment for it since I was roughly 23. I've been on half a dozen or more medicines. I got tired of none of them in work and stopped them all cold turkey. After I was off them all a few months I complete they were portion leastwise every therefore I went back on, but on a different ane than I had tried back. And it is working! I just recognize myself some days.

The bad thing is the side effects are part of ground I don't sanction myself. i can't swill, hold zero interest within sex or even having a relationship, and have gained 50 pounds. Simply I metal able to function every day, so I am trying to learn to adjust to it.

So yes, keep trying, and something might work. Good luck.

I have been diagnosed with severe clinical depression and right now I am fine. Twice in my existence though my ailment got hence bad i was unable to function for 6 months to a year. I have been in use 10 months full time at my current job and plan to keep doing that. During my two periods of unemployment due to emergency room visits for confusion and once again diagnosed next to severe clinical depression and a chemic inbalance. I was recently told that i could have applied for disability and received money for the months I was not working. Is this true? I tried to look it up on the web but want to prepare incase it happens once more. I go to one of the best doctors in the U.S. and plan to not get get again because I cannot spend to get sick and not work however it might happen because the average person with my disease has 5-6 episodes in a lifetime whereas I have had 2 thus far which left me an invalid until they could alter my medication to generate ME better.

All of us, at times, ruminate or brood on a problem in order to make the best possible decision in a complex situation. This ruminative thinking can be either passive and maladaptive (i.e., worrying) or active and solution-focused (i.e., coping). New research provides insights into how these types of rumination are represented in the brains of depressed persons.
Date: Mon, 22 Aug 2011 10:10:10 EDT
